XOSTEN が提供するブラウザ拡張機能および関連ウェブサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。サービスの利用により、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービス内容

当サービスは、日本EC向けの選品・出品支援等を目的としたデジタル製品を提供します。物理商品の販売・発送は行いません。

2. 利用資格

13歳以上の方が利用できます。
日本国内外から利用可能ですが、日本のEC市場向けに設計されています。
法人・個人事業主を含め利用できます。

3. アカウント・認証

無料プランはアカウント登録なしで利用できる場合があります。
有料プランではメールアドレス等による認証を行います。
認証情報は第三者と共有しないでください。

4. 料金・支払い

有料プラン料金は各プランページに表示します。
決済は Stripe を通じて処理されます。
サブスクリプションは自動更新です。解約しない限り更新されます。

5. 禁止事項

逆コンパイル、改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング
違法行為、不正競争、第三者権利の侵害
過度な負荷をかける行為や認証情報の譲渡・販売
AI機能を悪用した虚偽情報・詐欺的コンテンツの生成

6. 知的財産

本サービスのソフトウェア、ウェブサイト、レポートその他のコンテンツに関する権利は、当サービスまたは権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが生成した通常の出力物は、法令の範囲内で利用できます。

7. 免責

サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
AIレポートは参考情報であり、仕入れ判断等はユーザー責任です。
外部サイト仕様変更等により一時的に動作しない場合があります。

8. 変更・終了

当サービスは、事前通知の上で内容変更または終了を行う場合があります。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、関連紛争は日本の裁判所を管轄とします。

1. Service
